I'm working hard on a PLAYER for iPhone and iPad. AUv3 and Standalone IAA (interApplicationAudio).

Testing happens on my iPad pro + AUM and I'm making good progress.
Respiro soundengine works nice on iOS.

This PLAYER will most likely be offered for free on the Apply Store.
It will include a few free (teaser) instruments that standard respond to CC02 (breath pressure).
So, you will always need a full version of Respiro (Mac or WIN) in order to import your favourite (tweaked) instruments into this PLAYER.
You will only be able to import YOUR OWN Respiro instruments.

This standalone player will provide following features;
- a simple instrument browser sorted on program numbers
- volume slider
- reverb on/off
- midi input indicator
- bend indicator
- interApplicationAudio (including switch to Host)
- audio/midi setup
- instrument import -> allows to import Respiro instruments with a program number assigned - from your Mac or Windows computer

The AUv3 player will only provide the simple instrument browser + volume slider + bend + midi indicator.

CPU optimisation is done by
- Both Standalone + AUv3 plugin will produce MONO output
- IR reverb will only be available via Standalone and in the AUv3 (where you typically will chain into an effect bus).

Suggestions are welcome...but please keep in mind that I want to keep it simple

Sounds great for situation where a laptop would be cumbersome.
Will it work on the older iPhone 6s or only more powerful models?

Well, I did a quick test and to my surprise Respiro seems to run well, even on older devices such as the iPhone 6s...at least the test results using the Apple xCode iPhone 6s prove to work... no audio glitches ....... so, this is promising ;-)

That's a very good news in this troubled period
As all my music is done on Ipad , I only open the PC for Respiro
So thanks you for your brilliant work

What drives me is the fact that I can make a difference in the crazy world by enabling musicians to turn digital devices into expressive music instruments... give musicians straightforward expressive easy solutions so they can focus on what they are good at = MAKING MUSIC instead of being computer operators... amen.... ;-)
