Legato was created by gewi
When playing soft and low I sometimes hear clicking noises while changing notes.

Could it come from the termination of the last note, as the next is either subject to an envelope?

Gewi sends midi note off followed by a note on.
Not like midi legato, note on followed by note off.

Any thoughts?

if you hear clicking noises then you should increase the legato time and/or the pressure attack smoothing value.

Clicking noises are the result of very fast start or stop of the sound-engine.

Hope this helps

Thanks Rudy, I didn't see the smoothing settings... I'll try it on the note endings.
Re note beginnings:
Gewi sends CC2s about once every two milliseconds, so maybe there is potential for the player to control the attack time, Maybe.
I can huff and get a slow start, but can I puff and get a fast start .
I'm thinking of the flute player's tktk, d'lld 'll etc.

Also be informed that you can automate the pressure attack smoothing parameter and many others....
